We can handle a variety of remote access applications such as PcAnywhere and TeamViewer, to operate our customer's machines at a distance.

All actions of the PharmaHelp are recorded in logs. From these log files we can track the cause of any problems that might occur.

All customers have access to our incident tracking system. This system is used to record anything out of the ordinary that has occurred during PharmaHelp operation. Customers can keep track of their reported incidents, while Fresenius-Kabi uses it to continually improve the PharmaHelp, by learning from previous experience.
